The way our Fixed Fee Support Agreements work is that whatever isn’t covered in this Inclusion List is excluded by default.
Adds, Moves and Changes are chargeable at our standard hourly rate.
From time to time, you might need us to help you out with some planned work that’s excluded from your Agreement and if/when that happens—we’ll talk with you to understand the scope of the project so that we can deliver you a Fixed Price quote where possible.
